When your as short as I am, you need to have sense of humor. |

Your build is looking great. Is the wheel lip color copper? Can't wait to see the dash when the gauges are installed. Are you going with drag radials on the rears? Mike |
Wheel color is brushed copper with tuxedo black centers to match the pins/stripe. The gauge bezels will also be the brushed copper color. I think my tires are the same as yours.
Are you enjoying your car? Todd |

Hey Todd...
Should have asked and I would have been happy to take some photos of your car when I was there last week for pickup of 465. :) I did get to stand next to it though - cool build. I have to say, going to pick mine up was a HUGE part of the experience for me. Walking through the shop, meeting the guys, asking all kinds of questions, and I'm sure babbling on like a kid in a candy store. I DID try to act mature though... even though I am not. :D diverrick - I have you by half an inch. Thankful for it though when driving. Only problem with tiny legs is having to stand in the seat and leap over the pipe - which I refuse to put heat shields back on. Every time I turn the car off, I scream - DON'T BURN YOURSELF ON THE PIPE! As much for myself as any passengers that might be along. |
Should be here in a couple of weeks if all goes well. I'm hoping for a cold front about the time it is delivered as it has been 100 plus here to.

Really unique Todd-looks killer, you may be done before me at this rate.
|
Thx Gary! I figured yours was getting very close. Any word on ETA?
|
Todd-BDR sent springs that were too short, still waiting on the replacements. That is the only thing left, springs/align/begin shake down runs. Its killing me...
|
Gary- Sounds like you are in the home stretch! Are you close enough to pick it up yourself or is it going to have to be delivered?
|
Not sure yet Todd, I am about 3.5 hours away-I would pick it up if I do it on a Sat but having to get past NYC during the week is a little nerve racking on a first drive! I could take the long way...who knows if the weather looks good I might go grab it.
|
Cashburn- The wheels look awesome better even than I expected.
Gauges are perfect!! Could not be happer- Well maybe when it shows up and I can drive it:D |
Looks awesome...another straight forward build...Jay has a few of those going on I think:eek:
|
I bet all the guys will need a vacation after they get done with both our cars!
|
Most definitely...fortunately, I have a place they can go if they want:3DSMILE:
They may want to go now as I may need to sell it if we make any more mod's! |
