Default Raising the ride height of the rear

Can anyone advise ? Do I turn the nut clockwise or counter clockwise to raise the rear of the car. I see there is a threaded stud in the center of the spring that the nut turns on. Some of the stud is inside the spring and some above it. The more of the threaded stud inside the spring vs above it would mean a higher rear once the rear is set on the tires... Correct?

Thanks for any guidance

Thanks.....that's the way I went ( and what I meant to say) but I'm struggling to get my drivers side level with my passenger side. I still have an inch or two of threads on my passenger side but my drivers side is all the way up and I'm still 1/2"-3/4" lower than the passenger side.

Is it safe or possible to shim between the threaded stud and the body to get a little extra height ?

Could you lower the passenger side a bit without causing a tire rub problem? The shims should work, but I have never been a fan of that since a friend had his cause a big problem, but he had shimmed his up almost an inch. If you can just do a little and don't intend to drive the car really hard, you would most likely be OK.

No... My passenger is perfect height regarding tire clearance. My driver side is too low What issue did he have shimming ?

Thanks

I think that he used to many and when he went around a corner hard it finally cracked the mounting and almost tore his wheel off as everything started to flop. Also he added his shims to the top where they had more room to move around. If he had put them on the bottom mount it may not have happened but some of the bottom mounts don't leave a place that you could shim. He finally took it in and had the mounts re-done and moved up some so they would work with the shocks and never had another problem.

I think that you should check your rear springs to make sure that they of the same lengths and that they are both seated properly. A large mismatch in the height adjusters doesn't seem normal to me.
