Can you take a pic of the side view of that cap? It appears its locking the spinner from loosening. Interesting...

Not trying to have a Duh-huh moment as it does say Lock-cap on the face but it does have my curiosity on how its threaded.

Typ BDR caps are o-ringed on for dust only.
