Fred, I added two buss bars (1 + and 1 -) in the trunk near my battery cut off. Ran a 40 amp C/B to the positive one.

Mainly so it would be easy to add-remove items to the car. Like the EFI setup I experimented with a couple of years ago, added phone charger etc...

I had Lucas toggles for a short while for fans, fuel pump, and used metal switch labels from https://www.bits4landys.co.uk/series...s-switches.htm

As usual the Lucas switches died in short order. (I should know better)

I never even considered a phone charger. Hi tech. Here is a picture of the unit with a ruler. It's about 1 inch too long to fit so I trimmed a half off each side. Mounting will require a little creative engineering as all of the structure around the radiator is fiberglass. You need about 2 inches of clearance from the support to the radiator for fan clearance. The motors are heavy and not balanced on the support so the want to roll. That issue is solved with 2 supports. I will figure it out.

I came upon these while searching around. Stainless steel. They extend out 3 1/2 inches. I ordered a pair to test them out. Anyone recognize them?

I'm thinking I'll hold off on the fans until I do the radiator. I have the factory E36 radiator now. Works fine just really old and I'm not fond of plastic end caps.
It will be either a Mishimoto or CSF radiator.

I read your old thread a few times a while ago and being a retired advanced electronics teacher I might be one of the few who understands it. You did a good job with the circuitry and finding the appropriate parts. In my case, the pushers will be more cosmetic because I don't need them for cooling. They will work but independent of the puller and only when I turn them on. Thanks for the suggestion though. On a lighter note, I am expecting good things to come from the bathroom stall brackets.

I will be wrapping this up by the weekend as the mounting brackets arrive tomorrow and I am sure they will require a little tweeking. The fans are mostly cosmetic because my Roush 427r never runs hot and the puller effectively keeps it cool. The fans will work separate from the puller and be controlled with a toggle. I took the 12v power source directly from the back of power shut off ran it through a 30 amp Auto reset breaker. From there it goes to a normally off relay that will be turned on when the key is on. Power from the relay goes to the SPST toggle that has a mini LED connected in parallel to act as an on indicator. In other words. Start the car. Throw the toggle. the fans and light come on. Simple as that. Here are pictures of the parts. Every connection is either soldered or crimped and sealed with shrink wrap. Here are the pics of the parts. If anyone needs links, I will provide them to you.
