So it sounds as though Reg was not able to offer any insight or help diagnose over the phone.... Looking forward to you posting what the problem is/may be.

Great to hear Reg and crew are continuing to live up to 'great customer service' we all keep hearing about. I hope I don't have to test that one too many times once mine shows up....
