It's supposed to be 62 deg. here in Roseville and 63 deg. in SF on Sat...Sun about the same. I'll be watching. If the drive is somewhere in the middle Deb and I might hook up with you guys if some of the wives go. tom

 Hey Tom,
How about meeting up mid morning here in town (Starbucks at Bascom and 85) then heading down to Moss Landing for a slightly early lunch at Phils?http://www.philsfishmarket.com/index.html
Parking can be a bit tight, so we would need to get there a bit early. Pay as you order, plenty of seating and good food. Then we could take a drive south or back north. Weather looks to be around 66 here in San Jose and Moss Landing. I figured a bit later might be good to bring the wives, significant other, girl friend, partner or whatever along.

I am trying to work on a route, but my new computer is a POS!!!! I'm thinking it would be good to meet in Almaden, head up past Mc Keen rd and over Hecker pass into Moss Landing for lunch. Then we could head north on HWY1 and come back over 84 or something. I need to get some time to check it out.Scott

Is anyone planning on bringing a co-pilot? I am negotiating with mine. Perhaps we will shoot for an overnight in Carmel/Monterey. Tom |

Here is the route to get there. We went this way a couple years back. http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UT...2221471c2a48c0
We should leave Starbucks by 9:45 to get us to Phils Fish Market no later then 11:15. After lunch Danette and I are thinking of heading south to Cannery Row. If not, we could always head north and come back hwy1 to hwy9 through the the hills.
Let me know what you think.

I'm getting tired of watching you guys drive the cool cars while mine is in pieces.I'll pass despite the great weather. Time to pull the engine, clean the engine bay, make a bump-out for the gas pedal side of the foot box, clean up all the coolant stains on the aluminum, painting the brake booster, reassembling the motor... just way too much to do and I want to ride this summer so....

Get the right Starbucks. There are 4 in this location. You want to go to the one by Albertsons, not the mall. Steve, you can brown bag it or get something at Starbucks.

We need to be at Phils no later then 11:15 or parking can be an issue. Google says it's about a 1:28 to get there, 45 minutes for Chris, hour for Scott, Tom???????????.

Glad to here you are going to make it, but be careful being the new person. Might have to buy lunch for everyone, and since it is seafood, I could see a lot of lobster flying around!!
