The camshaft is a CompCams XE282HR. Has a little more lift and longer duration so it will be lopey. The centerline gap is 106 deg. which is about 2 deg. more than the original XE274HR at 104 deg. This translates to moving the horsepower up about 500RPM's so I'm thinking power will start to shoot up at about 3500 RPM's instead of the 2800-3000 RPM's I felt in the previous build.

The Vic. Jr. raises the flow quite a bit from it's little brother, RPM Performer ( 210cc per runner, v.s. 175cc per runner). The BG 650 DP will "suffice" but it is now the bottleneck; a 750CC might be more adequate but I'll check around to see if it's worth it.

The engine should produce around 450HP given my current setup; probably more if I get the higher flow carb.
