DIY Lexan Windshield & Replacement

In 2001 after having my windshield broken by a rock I posted this DIY for replacing the windshield in your Cobra with a low cost Lexan windshield.

This windshield is now 15 years old and looks the same today as it did when I installed it.

The link below is to my original thread on how to make and install you new Lexan replacement windshield. Total cost was about $125 ( probably gone up about $10 or so since then)
