 Hey Amigo,
I was there most of Saturday...a couple of the guys said they saw you chasing after some flexible twenty somethings. Good to hear form you and sorry I missed you on Saturday. I went back sunday afternoon to see the FFR final race and that was fun to watch.

The Coupe looks great and I am looking forward to having mine here the middle of next year. We'll have to see if your Z06 can keep up with an aerodynamic Snake on the track .

The car with the white wheels is Gary Cheney's former ride and the new owner lives in San Jose.

You and Yours have a good Holiday season.

But will you have a cd player???
 Tony,
That will be fun, and, if I can't keep up with you, at least I can listen to tunes and even run the a.c. if I want to...actually, you might want to consider a.c. for your coupe? If you're going to do some cruising, besides the race track stuff, I hear they can get pretty warm inside.

Yup, the Z06 makes me look like a better driver than I am. Randy R is faster in his Superformance than I am in my Contemporary, but when we were up at T'Hill a few weeks ago, I had the Z, and as a result, was faster than he was. The Z is very easy to drive fast. If I keep the Contemporary, I'm gonna get some of those big old Goodyears that Randy runs, and see if I can keep up with him then!

Hope to make it to Athens this Saturday.

Best,

 Hey Tom T.....
The coupe will have A/C and tunes along with a 418 cu. in. stroker, eight down stacks, full electronic engine management..crank trigger, etc., 550+ HP 550 ft. lbs. torque, Tremec TKO etc etc....2400 lbs of car +/-, 17" wheels and tires and should be able to keep up with the Z06.

Can't wait to see what it will do.......95 " wheel base will make a difference.

Tony R.

PS: I would hide if I were you this time of year a turkey your size is in extreme danger of stuffing and roasting |

 Hi Dave,
Larry was there and his car was in the show but, he blew a transmission during the practice laps and was out for the rest of the weekend.

				 A turkey MY size???
 Tony,
I'll bring a tape measure the next time I get down to Athens for breakfast...we'll see which turkey has the biggest waist!

Let's see, 550 hp in a car that will weigh what, about 2300 lbs, in comparison to my Z06, which weighs around 3,100 lbs, and has about (minor mods) 430 hp. Keeping up with the Z06 won't be a problem, that's for sure...the problem will be me getting the heck out of the way before you run me over!
