Any Breakfasts or Lunches This Weekend March 14-15?
Bajis is not scheduled for this Saturday, but is there any interest out there for this weekend?
Lunches are better for me, but as always, I will defer to all the other Presidents. Also, the oil temp takes forever to register in this cold weather, at present. Last edited by RodKnock; 03-10-2009 at 10:02 AM..

 Hey Rodney,
I was thinking about making a run down to Gilroy on Saturday to check out the open house at Performance Art.
3/14/09 Open House at Performance Art in Gilroy
I might be up for lunch in South Bay after that.

Regarding the oil temp. Guessing that you're running an oil cooler? Try cutting out a piece of cardboard and cover the oil cooler (you can attach it with a little piece of duck tape). See if that works. Mine is currently covered with sheet of rubber that I got at Osh (Steve/Panavia's suggestion). Some people keep the oil cooler blocked all year round (exception would be if you track the car).

Oops, I forgot about that event. My bad.
If you were to lunch north of Gilroy, maybe on your way back to 17 (unless you're taking a different route) then that would be a possibility for me, since I don't believe I've a few hours Saturday morning unfortunately.

Yes, I'm running the stock Kirkham oil cooler. Once the weather warms, it shouldn't be too much of an issue. Also, I plan to track it this year. |

You still might want to try covering the oil cooler to quickly reach and maintain oil temp (especially as you break the motor in). Works like a charm.

I was thinking about setting up something at Hooters in Campbell, once it got warmer, and see about having parking blocked off, shoot some photos, etc. We could just do a small meet for lunch Saturday.

Jo Ann & I will be having breakfast at The American Diner in Sunnyvale - 415 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale - (408) 730-0287 at about 8:15. We hope to be on the road by 9:15 and about 45 minutes later to be in Gilroy. I'm hope one of you guys are going to do the dyno test so I can watch. After that show I'm up for a ride. Last weedend we did the Los Altos, Half Moon Bay, Santa Cruz (see the college student for lunch), Pacific Grove, walk along the ocean, and a zip up the road home. What a nice ride. Hope to see you guys there on Saturday.
 Jerome

I'm probably out for breakfast or lunch, but will try to make it down to Gilroy a little later in the AM.
