Mike:
I use Anco N-12R to replace the rubber portion of the wipers in my ERA. I just slide the old blade portion out and slide the new one in. They have to be trimmed slightly with a razor blade but they work well. I change mine out every season.

I need at least one entire blade for the attach point.
