Buying a CRII...Quests...

I have always wanted both...a cobra and gt500/Eleanor...after really trying to understand what I am getting...I came to one conclusion...as I absolutely thing the cobra has a super sexy body...it is actually a pretty crappy car. (please do not take offense). most dont have heat, no windows, rough ride, tough seats, and no top. I drive my cars alot and sometimes get stuck in some rain here in the midwest (cars arent made of sugar)...so as much as I got a great price for a CRII model of good build and combo drivetrain...I just couldnt pull the trigger as I feel the car is just too limiting for trips. (my .02). Then factored in that there is always one at car shows here...kind of not making it that appealing to me.

as for the GT500/Eleanor, got another car I always wanted, for a great price and I just have to clean it up, so easy project. it is a 1967 fastback with 351W and supercharger, AC, and nice comfy interior. basically, a supersnake. and they are NEVER seen here.

Cobras are fun...I may pull the trigger in the future if I have extra space, but all things being considered, I am extremely happy with my choice.
