Default GM T5 bellhousing

Hello all, my CR is currently running a SBC with T5 trans. Apparently I have the bellhousing for a 3rd gen Camaro because my trans is mounted with the 15-20 degree "tilt" or rotation. Does anyone know of a bellhousing part number I could use to correct this and center up my shifter? My shift boot ring sits right on the curve of the trans tunnel (yuck). Starter is on the RH side and I have an externally mounted slave cylinder on the left. Thanks!

IIRC the Chevy Astro van also used the T-5 tranny...you might check the bellhousing for that application.

Hope this helps!

Cheers!

Thanks for the heads up. Apparently my options are a T5 bell from an 80's S10 before they switched transmissions or a pre 1967 4speed bell. Seems like the S10 ones are impossible to find since they only used the T5 for a couple years. The 4speed ones are all over ebay

I also have the T5 from a TransAm of that vintage. I just used a normal Chevy Scattershield/bellhousing and a hydro through out bearing. I did however have to make a rear mount bkt to convert the trans mount to horizontal.
