Default Roll bar

Hey, guys about to add a roll bar to car a single loop for driver and passenger.gueston is what size bar should I use is 1.5 inch about right? Thanks Bulldog.

If you are using a finishing ring and gasket, check with the supplier. Get the parts and then make/order the bars.

Just my opinion.

If you are talking about a single wide loop covering both driver and passenger with no third leg brace, the ones I see are quite a bit larger than 1.5 inch diameter tubing.

If you are talking about the more conventional cobra hoop, one for driver and a second one for passenger, those are commonly 1.5 inch. Some cobra makes use larger tubing even for these.

I had the single bar in mine that went all the way across and it was a 3 1/2 inch diameter.
