Wire # 157 goes to the dash switch for the fan. You need to run a ground to one side of the switch and #157 to the other. If you wire the relay and have a thermostat for the fan then wire #157 goes to the thermostat which provides ground to the fan relay circuit. I have a diagram I can fax you if you need it.
