Guess the rats are right up there with cats that shred your leather seat covers in your uncovered roadster, dogs that lay under the car and chew the wires to your electronic shifted trannie so it stays in park and cats that pee all over you new woolly floor mats....then there are the pigeons and the ..........cats and dogs keep the rats out but they do plenty on their own.
