302 starter, different length noses?
I have searched here for an hour and did not find answer.,
The starter on my 302 is bolted up to a borg warner 5 speed, do not know anything else about it as of now, the nose seems to be too short, only looks like about an 1/8 of inch of teeth are engaging if that much. is there a difference in auto trans starter and stick starter. or the newer 5 speed stick trans.
