Cobra Make, Engine: No idea yet. Help!!!

I went to the clairemont DMV yesterday to resolve an issue with another of my cars and after that i decided to ask about registering the cobra and about the SB-100. The lady who was helping me asked me what a SB-100 was and then she asked two other workers there and they didn't know either. I tried explaining them what it was, but all they said was to bring the car around so that the people in the back can look at it because they didn't know about any paperwork on SB-100.
It looks like it will be a bit challenging getting things done there. =) I can't wait for my car to get here on Friday =)
