Tools for new owner

I'm a new Backdraft Cobra owner and wanted to know what are some of the basic tools I need. My skill set is armature but anxious to learn.

1) Timing Light
2) Vacuum Gauge
3) Basic socket set
Anything else?

Also does anyone know of a good shop in North New Jersey that can work on the car and tune if needed.
