To the OP: Just think about this. For all of those that think this is a worthwhile project, not a single one of them has asked "where is it, because if you don't take it I will"...

That does not make it a bad thing. Lots are reluctant to sell now in a sliding market. He has a chance to barter at it. If he makes it into a running driving machine someone will buy it if he gets tired of it.
