kc has a nice 393 sitting in his special section, although it says 3.75 stroke so who knows, but dynoed 466/469.
doesn't take much though, playing with mat in his cobra 445 w/3.73 rear i could accelerate with him with my 351 w/3.55 up through 3rd gear, 4th was kind of a deal breaker, different setup of course but just an fyi. i rode with mat around the track a few times and it is so much different from the passenger side, i was ready to climb out after half a lap but hung on for more after i realized mat knew what he was doing!
clois--i didn't take a water pump you told me to take, but i knew i had at least one here and i just counted two in the shop, so between us we had 5. i did accept a radiator fill piece though, so i thank you, and it was good to be amongst all of you at hallet. |
