Glen,

What a wonderful sight to see.

Looks like some plumbing and wiring to do, then figure out how best to mount the shifter.

Any fitment issues with the drive shaft?

Getting closer every day, keep up the great work!

- Tim

Greetings Tim. Yes, it's been in for awhile now, but the hoist was up, so no pictures available until recently.

Drive shaft? Minor one; the flange was to suit a similar diff to mine but the hole pcd was slightly different. So, set it up on their mill, and machine some new holes. That the drive shaft was quite an easy fit has me still scratching my head about the shifter location. Time to get over that one, yes?

A start on wiring is imminent; lucky it is such a simple setup with no ancillaries. Rather than use the supplied loom, will go with a new loom made from scratch; fitting it should then be very easy and fast

Cheers!
Glen

Glen,

Congratulations and it is looking great! I wish I could help you with the shifter location issue, but I have no experience or knowledge with that transmission. I hope that it gets solved soon. Bye the way, you may want to tighten up that fan belt, it looks a little loose...

That's lovely, Patrick. Thank you.
Trouble is - and don't take this too personally - I still don't know, after all these years, whether to take you seriously or not

Cheers!
Glen

Greetings all.
Been some time since last update. Too often, just couldn’t log in.
Engine and gearbox and all associated bits and issues fixed or fitted some time ago.
Exhaust now complete. Used the hidden channels under the doors for the pipes. Legal requirement to exit at rear, so that’s what they do. Ground clearance is excellent.
Next is the wiring. How long to complete? A few weeks before they can start, so if I can login again, I’ll post an update if there is anything to report. Don’t hold your breath ;-)
Cheers!
Glen
