Glen,

That sure looks nice from the underside. Wow, that is a lot of aluminum. The parking brake cables are just the right height. When you install the hook in the floor of your garage it will catch them and engage the parking brake to stop the car from flying out the other end of the garage. You know, just like the fighter jets on an aircraft carrier when they land

Getting real close.

Cheers,

Jim

Jim, you're right. For the first time, it does seem like it is actually getting closer

Cheers!

Brake line plumbing now complete at the rear end.

Modified an 11mm spanner/wrench to make tightening the pipe connections easier and more reliable. I didn't have one; it sure makes the job easier, reducing the risk of damaging the pipe connection hexagon....but you all knew that anyway

Cheers!

Update....as mentioned, brake lines at rear end finished.
Rear supply line is now connected to its master cylinder; pressure switch fitted also.
I had to reshape the line a little at the master cylinder because I had already pushed the three master cylinders as far forward as I could (because of my long legs).

Now working on the front brakes' circuit.

Cheers,
Glen

The last thing you need to make is a rotating jig that will rotate the car in all angles and put it in a art gallery for people to admire. You haven't built a car, it's more like art. Well done, I wish I had that much patience. JD

Installation of front brake lines now completed.

Here are the master cylinders….

Clutch is on the left (obviously); clutch hard line still to go in. Reservoirs of course will be remotely mounted.

….and here are the front brakes hard line routings to the flex line connections…..

Now on to the clutch hard line. Then there's a well insulated cover to go in over the three master cylinders.

Cheers!
Glen
