Hey Guys, I have been around this coating thing forever and started out with Jet Hot, and went through the nasty problems you have. I finally (after being more than disgrunted) spent some time finding a better solution. As I wasn't satisfied with the sheen that was on the Jet Hot Coatings, and needed something with more luster, an engine friend of mine suggested I contact Lenord Warren owner of Techline Coatings, in Waxahachie, TX. (in earlier in this thread). Either Lenord or Ken his right hand man can turn you on to their coatings or supply you with information. Now for the good part, I found a wonderful coater that uses the techline system--that knows how to pack the parts he ships!!!!! He does a LARGE volume of COBRA sidepipes and headers. He is Bruce of MicroCoat in Santa Rosa, CA. (707) 578-4010. Since I live in the boonies and have everything to ship out and in I know of what I speak on using those that know how to pack so my parts are not damaged in trasnit. Mad Dog
