I don't know John but...

I have seen a couple of JCF's here in Oregon.

I would bet any delay or increased cost are due due to the unbearable taxation we have here. Or the constant rain in Cos Bay.

Sorry just doing the 1040 and slipped in to get a bit relief time.

The Jcf's I have seen are fine replicas, and from what I understand they are the only slabside builder in the states. One of our members here has won many awards.
