Two years ago coming back from the Limerock Vintage festival in the Cobra I approched the Throggs Neck Bridge EZ Pass toll what I thought was a normal speed.....the officer at the toll turned off the gate and made me sit there until he gave me a "WHAT FOR"

I always wondered if the autorities could ticket you from the time distance between tolls. Thats not good !!
