Guys, it was like pulling teeth right to the very end, it was made as difficult as it possibly could have been. These guys are brutal, just completely brutal to deal with. I'm planning a long and thorough fully documented thread once this is all done, there's lots you don't know. These guys are just ABSOLUTELY brutal and shameless.
By the way, how do I post pictures to a thread when CC tells me they're too big? I'm a computer zero.

Patrick, if you don't mind I'll take you up on your offer. I'm away from home right now, I'll send them to you as soon as I get back in a few days. Once you guys see this block you won't believe that it took the better part of three months to resolve this issue.

You could load them to a photo service like Flickr and then paste a link to them using the little yellow mountain button above the post box, or you can load them into your profile using instructions in this thread.
I think its time to get out the 4.250 boring machine and celebrate by boring a big hole in a crappy vendor.

I tried to load them into my profile, that's where I got the message from CC that they were too big.
My goal isn't revenge on these guys, although they deserve that and more. I just want everyone to know before they deal directly with these guys what they'll be up against. Keith Craft tried to warn me, and I was too stupid to listen. That one's on me. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.......
I just want everyone to be forewarned on what this company's idea of customer service is. It's shameful and pitiful.

767Jockey,
I am glad you finally have a decent shot at a happy ending. I am waiting anxiously for the blow by blow.
By the way posting pics of the legal posting size is not that hard. Just put the flaps down, keep the nose up, watch your air speed and flare it a little before you touch down ...
Great perseverance, amazing patience and impressive due diligence - you earned a happy ending!
Ed
