The roll bar is the standard CCX bar that was made short with a very vertical rear brace so it will fit under both soft and hard tops. It doesn't matter they're too short they are made for decorative purposes only according to the manual and the nut serts holding it on. The roll bar must be really nice on this one though to justify the price LOL.

The owner could ask even more if there were two of 'em.

Heck, why not. Raising the price even more won't make much difference, he's all ready nearing Mars. As in, "What planet is this car from?"

Argh.....dead in the water right now. I'm at the end of the engine builders list. I'm toying with the idea of putting a low tech 390 together to install in the car for now, once I get that done, we'll see where I go with it. After all the crap that I've gone through with this thing, quite honestly I am suffering through a severe lack of motivation right now. I haven't touched the car in weeks.

If it was a typo I'm sure he would have corrected it by now. I think the guy is serious (ly deranged).

I like the idea of just putting something in there that runs pending the finish of the real engine. Doing that will also help you see some real progress being made, which tends to "feed enthusiasm." With a low budget "quickie 390FE" in there you could get everything else up to the level you want it and then, when you're real engine is done, swapping it out is a weekend "labor of love." I think that's a good plan and that's what I would do.
