ToyCollector, the "fake knock-offs" refer to bolt on replica wheels that have a decorative spinner, usually held on with set screws or similar type retention hdwe that could come loose and allow the spinner to separate from the wheel while racing. These types of spinners are to be removed prior to tech inspection. Pin drive wheels or true knockoffs are allowed, but must be "safety'd" in place. Comprende?
