Still no reply on the DVSF charity tickets?

I think that the critical mass may now be there for more local leadership and event planning for the North Georgia area. Trying to appeal to such a wide geography (5 or 6 states?) becomes difficult. I think little subsections to an overall DSCC umbrella would be good. They essentially exist informally now anyway.

We have a club member who lost his 15 year old son to the same disease as Jenny and I took his check with mine and anyone else who wanted to contribute to last years DVSFII. I presented the check on stage from our club. I'll be going up to London Ohio next month to visit with old friends from DVSFIII. I'll be buying a ticket as I have for the past 2 years to be able to have a chance at the Team Jenny Cobra. If I had won the Cobra drawing in the last 2 years it would have went back into the pot, this year I might hang onto a Kirkham. I'm glad you are incharge of this years collection as I was very disappointed with last years as I have been with this years attendance at the 3rd annual meet in Silver Springs. As I'm no longer president of our club I'm really glad you picked up the ball. I will gladly take up any contributions and present them to DVSFIII from our club the DSCC.
