Anyone interested in late spring Gainesville event?
OK, here are the dates that are open for Gainesville in spring and summer.
I need 20 deposits to secure the track.
I will make all the arrangements but I cannot make any May dates do to my travel plans.
June is also iffy due to the Willis races.
In my adsence, Jim, Tom or Ruble will handle the event if I cannot attend.
Here are the possible dates:
May 15, 22 or 29
June 5, 12
August 7, 14 or 28
Once again, we need twenty deposits to make it a go.
If the event is rained out, a rain date will be extended to us.
If we utilize the track, even for a hour, the EMT cost will not be refunded.
At least three days notice is required to cancel the EMT's to get a refund.
Please reply and send me an e-mail so I can add you to the list.
Please let me know what dates you are available.
