For $104K I think you can buy an alum CSX w/ 427SO. 
No bedrooms or even a bathroom though with the car. 
Hey FF is furnishing the beer, so what's a couple of bucks for some fun with your friends; just don't tell the Mrs's.
I think the sell job for a new CSX would be the easier of the two.
Anyhow, who wants to live in Columbus? It snows there doesn't it?
