Been dozing myself, but ok PAT, if you have a nice stiff chassis AND BIG FAT SWAY BARS, you will need fewer jacks....
Cheers,
Glen

Default Got both with the kit in 97

Lippy Got both to start with but didn't use the rear one until I switched to 17" wheels. I enjoyed the sliding of the car with the 15" wheels and finding the break loose point. As for handling on the street, I would use both. The track is a different thing. As said you can always remove them.
There is a question of are you going to stay on the street?? IF you go to tracks and auto cross events, the street setup is OK to a point. IMO the springs need to be of a higher rate and the ends on the sway bars need to be solid mounted to get the feel of the handling. I have raise mine about 30% in the front in rate for autocross and road racing. Some of this is due also to the wheel and tire change. I talked to some of the best here and the main issue with car setup is do you run a high spring rate and soft sway bars or run a soft spring rate and larger swap bars. For my driving on the track, I have found the ERA sway bars work great and just increase the spring rate to a point of having little to no roll of the car in a "1G" turn. Rick L.

Lippy, I ordered my ERA with the front sway bar only, drove it for about 5000 miles. The ride was very good without the rear bar, but I thought it had a wee bit too much body roll and understeer for me. After installing the rear, it was almost dead neutral in handling tending toward slight oversteer (in some conditions, but I prefer that), and the ride is somewhat stiffer (which I also prefer). I would recommend getting both , but it is a simple bolt-on addition, so go with your gut. If you add it later, you can compare the with/without handling and ride, and decide which is best for you.

Peter also recommended both bars to me; I look forward to trying them, as I am still building my car.
