If I don't have to drill the frame it sounds like a winner to me. I wasn't aware ERA offered a mount for the windshield prior to this. Anyone need a fender mount mirror?

Thanks

I'll post a follow up after I'm done fitting them. Check out the video they have posted on their site showing how the mirror functions.

As promised in the above quote. The mirrors arrived and these are spectacular! The fit was perfect and I'm THRILLED as to how well these Fit, look and work.

Terry at DreamCar Co. was most helpful before I made the purchase and answered my email questions promptly. Shipped my order immediately and everything arrived well packed, including a good selection of extra stainless steel hardware giving you a couple of options as to how you may want to install them.

I'm not able to drive my car right now to do the ultimate test, but I'm sure these will perform as seen in his video.

It is so good when you get something that exceeds your expectations.

I'm happy to recommend this product.

Don't look back!

Ordered the aluminum die cast hex nut from MSC and the wide angle glass convex replacement glass, which are designed to fit the Raydyot mirrors, from Tex Automotive in the UK. So what are the suggestions for the holes that are left in the fender from the old mount location?

My new ERA 3032 will have vintage air, top, and side curtains. Do the wind wings and mirrors work with the side curtains ? Or do they have to be removed.

My side curtains fit with both the wind wings and sun visors and mirror without any problem. I've used them all maybe four or five times in 20 years but they look very, very cool when I do.

I have the windshield mounted mirror and with a slight modification it works with my side curtains. I just made a bracket that moves the mirror 1” further forward than stock ERA. You can’t really see the difference.

I've been using mirrors from thedreamcarcompany.com for several years now and they work great! Since the mirrors are installed behind the wind wing (not in front of it) you don't get the glare from reflections off the wind wing surface. A very good product and an easy install. They look fine and function perfectly. There is also a video on youtube on how to install them.

Cheers

Terry at DreamCar Co. was most helpful before I made the purchase and answered my email questions promptly. Shipped my order immediately and everything arrived well packed, including a good selection of extra stainless steel hardware giving you a couple of options as to how you may want to install them.

I'm not able to drive my car right now to do the ultimate test, but I'm sure these will perform as seen in his video.

It is so good when you get something that exceeds your expectations.

I'm happy to recommend this product.

I also purchased a pair of these mirrors from Dreamcar Company. Terry responded immediately that he had material supply issues and was waiting for billet aluminum to arrive, and he kept me fully in the loop throughout. When the mirrors arrived they looked great.

The instructions were good, but because of the way my wind wings had been installed by a previous owner I couldn't follow the instructions as written and just swap the wind wings from passenger side to driver side. I had to completely diassemble the mounting blocks and wind wing brackets and then reassemble in a different fashion. The photos were extremely helpful as they showed clearly what the finished product would look like. When it was all done the mirrors fit perfectly and I'm ecstatic about their fit, finish and function.

Like your experience, Terry at DreamCar Co. was very helpful and was very prompt in responding to emails.

One of the best supplier experiences I've had in a long time. Highly recommended - both for the product but especially the service.
