I got a PM from a member who was kind enough to provide a link to the Backdraft seats. Seeing what ERA charges for seats this would be the way to go IMHO, looks like what we've seen here, at least close enough to my eye, and you can't beat the cost/pr. (in leather no less)

Contact Steve Sunshine and check if he’s still producing the Ken Miles Comp Seats.
Ken Miles Alloy Comp Seat Special

I’ve one of this seats on my car and I love it.
It is customized on the sizing you personally need and therefore it fits perfect.
I use it on normal street driving and at hill climbing races and I’ll never take it out of my car again.

Kurt,

Your Superformance FIA replica is one I have always admired. I'm quite 'chuffed' that you're following my build.

Cheers,
Glen

Thanks to all who threw their 2 pennies in. I decided to get the kirkey vintage and replace just the drivers seat. I couldn't pass up the price point and for me they're a good compromise visually. The great thing is you can order them in different hip widths. I received the seat today and it fits like a glove...I especially like the wedge that's built into the cover that goes between my thighs...

1963 Nassau Speed Week. Not a later FIA Cobra but a good study none the less, it is a team LeMans Replica...

1964 Daytona, late FIA team Cobra. Not a great photo but it is a good shot of the seat back...looks like someone needed some extra cushion!

I think the rusty vise-grips in the lower left of that last photo is pretty classic...
