It all depends on your wheel offset. The most available off-the-shelf adapter that fits our hubs is from an Austin Heally 3000. The offset is about 1/2" too far out for the original 6" wire wheel, which is why we don't use it. If you have a way to display a DXF file, I can send you my drawing - which is not dimensioned.
