 Another person who wants to "improve" the deal. That means more complication, of course. And another 15 minutes on hold. They're saving me so much money, I can't stand it. /sarcasm/
 
 I've been on the phone for another 60 minutes while the guy does his magic.
 
 They're migrating the site to a new new server. At least I can see that the old site is gone. I guess that means something is happening. I'm on hold with Musak while they move the files over. This better work.

 The last tech decided that trying to fix the current configuration was a lost cause (and judging from the previous attempts at that, it was). He basically started from scratch on a new server. Transferring the considerable number of files is what took the time, and finally the DNS change (the electronic arrow that translates the numerical address to the dot-com address) took almost an hour. But it's done, and I've paid up for a 5 year stretch. ;>D
