Get Smart to me is Steve Carell and Anne Hathaway. What do you think of that?

Default All the same

All forums are the same, starts out as one thing, ends in another.
Ask a question about a spark plug.... it'll end up as 50 statements about
"What kind of oil would YOU USE!
Where's the narrative thread?

However, the best thing is when forum members you don't know ASSUME they know YOUR financial status OR your experience dealing with high end automobiles??? Every one is bold sitting behind their frickin' keyboard!

For you old folks, remember what Felix Unger said??? When you ASSUME

Which is pretty much why I regret starting the thread and why I've avoided contributing over the years in the 1st damn place.
And FACEBOOK - WORSE ....What a bunch of high school BULL****
Let the FLAMING Begin! I won't be listening. But... Have at it.
But seriously all.
Have a Safe and Prosperous New Year!
See ya in another 10 Years!

No flaming required, as the best thing about being here is to coexist and interact with people of all shapes and sizes (physical and metaphorically speaking). There are folks here who cannot afford a replica, yet they are just as welcome as those who can afford to buy an original. No need to put either in one box or another, or look down or up at any of them. The truth be told, it's the enthusiasm that drives this place, only second to the knowledge base of such a specialty automobile as the Cobra (real or replica). If you have not read it here before, it's unlike anything else you have owned, or driven, even NASCAR and Formula One drivers have reluctantly agreed with that statement.
So, you can be a bonafide, full time, race car driver, or a parking attendant, or used car lot auto detailer, you could own multi miliion dollar cars of various makes and models, quite frankly, we could care less here on Club Cobra.

99% of those who feel this is not the place for them, just quietly leave, never to post again. Whether you choose to stick around is up to you, either you can handle a little thread sway, and banter, or you can't....Only you can make that decision. Yet, to post (and I am summarizing here, strictly based on your post above) "I did not get 100% of what I wanted, soI'm taking my ball and leaving" (sticking your tongue out at the Ipad screen while you hit submit), kind of makes you the bad guy here....

Guess only time will tell if you put your ego in check and come back, or whether you decide to just lurk and quietly absorb the knowledge that freely gets posted by those who consciously decide to actively participate.

Either way, I wish you well.
