FIA Lug Nuts
Bob,
Peter called and said he's ready for those round rubbery things. I have the wheels (PSE 8x17 and 9.5x17 bolt ons), and Michelin Pilot sports (245/40ZR17,275/40ZR17) but need lug nuts. I presume the seats are 60 degree, 7/16 front 1/2 rear - but what depth of lug nut do I need clear the stud length?
TIA,
Jim

DOH! (partially)
DOH!
The seats are flat not conical, but I still need the length of the studs from the surface of the rotors to get the correct depth so the nut does not bottom out on the studs. Any suggestions on suppliers?
TIA

The front stud is 7/8" long, the rear is 1" long.
Sorry I took so long.

Bob,
Thanks for the reply - hopefully you were out banging your head on wet rocks.
TP,
Going up there in the next couple of weeks. If 2088 is around I'll take some photos for you.

That would be most excellent! From what Peter said last week the frame was in the jig & would be going to the powdercoaters after that. He said about a month ago that the body was there. I call Peter at least every couple weeks to check in.

TP,
Only every couple of weeks? - I'm impressed by your reserve! He doesn't SEEM to mind when I call him every other day.

I would call him every day but it takes so much out of me just trying to get through to him!
