Nightwatch Blue, I'd bet.
I almost painted my ERA this color, and last minute changed to Silver. Nightwatch Blue is a color they use. It's very similiar to the darker blue you see on some of the X-cab GMC trucks a few years back, also used on some 87 Dodge cars too I believe. .
