Slow drip forming where hard line enters master cylinder
I noticed I have a slow drip that forms where the hard brake line enters the rear master cylinder. I tightened the fitting. any suggestions on the "easiest" way to stop this?
I assume if fluid is getting out...air can get in. The pedal still feels hard though.
So how serious would you say this is and what is the easiest way to stop it

Is it dripping even when just sitting? If so, the leak is probably in the feed side. The nylon adapter has been know to leak (although rarely). However - do not overtighten the clamp! It usually makes things worse. I've got some replacement O-rings that usually fix the problem.

I'm keeping an eye on it still...i snugged the fittings and it seems to have stopped or slowed it down even more. Mind you this was a very slooooow drip. I'm not sure (yet) if it happens when it is sitting or when pressure is applied to the pedal. Now that she is road worthy I can check it after some use and see how it looks. I'll post back in a few days on this
