You'll need about 2" clearance between the pan fitting and the engine plate for the Bourdon tube.

The rebuilt (by Delco) starter we have has a Motorcraft stamping.

The rebuilt alternator we have has a Fortula stamping, although we've got an unboxed alternator with Autolite in the casting. You'll have to look around for a properly marked rebuilt.
