Sounds like you really did your homework. You won't be disappointed in your choice.
Now all the fun stuff: engine, transmission, paint...
I highly recommend the bonded body / powder coated frame option.
Also, when you ship your car (assuming you're doing a kit) try to get all the "big stuff" in one shipment with the car, including the rear suspension, side pipes, et cetera. This will save you on shipping $. Incidentally, I used Intercity for shipping, and they were outstanding.
