Tony- that mocal unit opens at 180, which may not be hot enough. The canton opens at 215 I believe.

Chap,
180 is plenty hot enough.
If you push it the temp will go over 215 with no oil t-stat.
It is the cruising around with no load on the engine and winter that I want to get the oil temp up faster. |
