I love seeing an ERA build, that is completely different than mine, take shape. I am so glad you decided to follow through on it. Even if you only hold on to it for a year or two, it will be something you remember all of your life and it will provide you more enjoyment than I can possibly convey in writing.

What kind of tach drive distributor is that? Will it be driving a 4" Jones Motarola tach?

A Mallory, Series 26, I believe, which is a dual point but was changed to electronic with a conversion kit. It will drive the 4" Jones.

Nice to hear from you, since your car was one of my inspirations! The black wheels, polished spinners and hubs, Webers and ceramic silver valve covers are all being incorporated into mine!
