Rear intake breather needed
Does anyone have a source for those rear intake breathers on the back of the FE intake manifold? It might be a long shot but does anyone have one they would sell? I could probably get by with a plate if I had to.

This brings up a question. Is it better to have the intake breather or PCV setup or both? I would think if you tried both the PCV would not work correctly? Currently I do not have either just breathers on my valve covers but have been thinking of installing the PCV setup and plugging the valve cover breathers.

I'm running K&N breathers on both valve covers and on the breather tube on the front of the intake manifold. The PVC valve is in a plate (with a basket) in the breather opening at the rear of the manifold. It works well.

I had my machinist take a Chrsyler PCV valve (threaded) and mount it to al alum plate. He then took a 5.0 PCV breather (small wire mesh) and make a small cylinder of of steel with holes for it to breath. The assembly dropped into the back of my Blue thunder intake and was covered by the alum plate. This had a small rubber tube which went to my throttle plate. With the aircleaner on you can hardly see it. It was so trick! He could make you one.

Gessford Machine sells a nice PCV adapter with the basket. I think it was about $75 when I bought mine.
