Really, my 428 has all kinds of room to the frame. What makes yours too close ?

Pat- I just posted a new thread about using one or two filters. It sounds like you only use one. With a Moroso or K & N 10 ect....micron filter, and changing it often, why do people use two, just for piece of mind ?

I mean, even on our sprint car we only use one, as with most if not all sprint cars. I do plan on trying the "Filter Mag" on the filter.

Honestly? Because two sounds cooler than one. Shoot Priobe a PM and ask him about his. I can't remember for sure, but I think he had pressure problems with two (don't quote me) and ended up switching back to one.

Its just how the car chassis is built, see pics in Dean's thread.

I used the billet adapter block from Southern Automotive and ran the oil lines up to your pictured filter mount like the original cars. Now the filter is up to where it won't get damaged from road debris and its clean and easy to change. Much better setup in my opinion.
