FWIW, my Ersons came with specific instructions in a bold font to use .060 restrictors with my Edelbrock heads. The designer of the Ersons had a thread over on the FE forum a few years ago discussing the issue as well. If it was me, I would just shoot Dove an email and ask him what the recommendation is -- make sure you mention whether you're running solid lifters or not as sometimes they will restrict solids a bit more.
