Solid lifters? You may be right.
Rotating assembly? I believe that's the 428 SCJ that received the LaMans connecting rods.
In any event, when we're talking a bare block, none of these bolt on differences really matters much.
I still say that when it comes to the 428 block, there's really only 2 distinctions; it's either a 428 or a 428 CJ.
