What about replacemant parts?
If 427 SO blocks haven't been made since whatever year, aren't the Shelby or Genesis blocks considered replacement parts for '63 through '67? For example if you have a 1963 427 and you break it you will need a new block. This new block that replaces an obsolete ( no longer manufactored) part so it just has to meet the same rules/restrictions as the real thing.
